First release of PdbConverter.

PdbConverter v1.0 has just been released. It is a tool that converts PalmOS pdb files to more common file formats. This is a beta release. If you find a bug, please create a ticket to report it. The Java API is stable now, so you can use it for your own projects. I will try to keep future changes in the API downward compatible.
